MEET STEPHANIE
Stephanie began her career in the escrow industry in 1998 as an Escrow Assistant and quickly advanced to become a respected Escrow Officer. With over two decades of experience, she now leads Innovative Escrow in Valencia as its founder and Senior Escrow Officer, where she also specializes in Bulk Sales and ABC License transactions.
Known for her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering professional courtesy, Stephanie takes great pride in every escrow she manages, ensuring each transaction is handled with precision and care.
Outside of the office, Stephanie enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three stepchildren. Whether she's cheering on the Dodgers at Chavez Ravine, camping throughout California with her extended family, or attending live comedy and music events, Stephanie brings the same passion and enthusiasm to her personal life as she does to her professional one.

MEET RAY
Ray enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 1995, proudly serving his country in locations including South Carolina, Japan, Hawaii, and San Diego. During his time in the Marines, he was part of the 3rd Marine Division at Camp Hansen in Okinawa and later served with the Security Battalion Military Police Dispatch at Camp Pendleton in San Diego. His military experience instilled in him the core values of teamwork, strategic thinking, and perseverance in the face of challenges.
After completing his honorable service, Ray began a new chapter at Anheuser-Busch Brewery in Van Nuys, where he has worked for over 25 years. There, he cultivated a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence—qualities that continue to define his professional approach.
Ray brings his wealth of experience in project management and communication to his current role as Office Manager at Innovative Escrow. His disciplined background and dedication to efficiency make him an invaluable asset to the Innovative Escrow team.
Outside of work, Ray is a devoted family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. A lifelong Los Angeles Dodgers fan, you can often find him cheering on his beloved boys in blue.

Janeen graduated in 2016 from the University of California, Irvine, with a bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Law and Society. During her studies, Janeen studied abroad, where she got the opportunity to explore multiple European countries. This is when she found her passion for traveling, and since then has continued her travel adventures, visiting Mexico, Thailand, Hawaii, and more. When she is not traveling, you will find Janeen here at Innovative Escrow, Inc., where her highest priority is providing clients with efficient processing and working towards making the escrow process smoother for every client. Janeen’s attention to detail and dedication to growth makes her a valuable commodity to the IEI team.

With her journey starting as a licensed realtor in January 2020, she has been dedicated to helping families discover their perfect homes in the vibrant San Fernando, Santa Clarita, Palmdale, and Los Angeles regions.
Motivated by a relentless pursuit of excellence and continual self-improvement, Evelyn evolved her career path into the realm of escrow, where her unmatched attention to detail and masterful communication skills guarantee seamless transactions.
Outside of her professional commitments, Evelyn crafts a well-rounded life. She's an epicurean enthusiast, always on the hunt for culinary treasures when dining out. Buddy is our resident CCO (“Chief Cuddling Officer”). Buddy is a rescue Stephanie took in at seven years young. Although he is a rescue, we often find ourselves asking who rescued who. When Buddy is not in the office offering up kisses, he can be found at home chasing squirrels and napping the day away. He lives a “ruff” life indeed.

REMEMBERING JACKIE
Stephanie came into the industry under her mother, Jackie, who owned and operated Business Title Escrow. When asked about the secret to her mother’s success, Stephanie said, “You take her scrapper determination and independence, and factor in her charm, intellect, and steadfast work ethic, and there you have the recipe for mom’s success in business. Without a college degree, mom went from answering phones at an escrow company to becoming the owner of her own escrow company, Business Title Escrow. At 19, I too followed in mom’s footsteps and started answering phones at Business Title. Mom used to say she couldn’t be home with me when I was a little girl, so she decided to take me to work with her when I became an adult. I was so fortunate to witness firsthand and learn from this brilliant woman in her field. Right up to the day she retired, Mom only advertised in the yellow pages. Mom’s entire book of business was built on referrals and repeat business. She had tremendous professional success because of the name she made for herself within the industry. I’ve been working in escrow for over 25 years now. Not a week goes by where someone doesn’t ask about mom and reminisce about how much they enjoyed working with her.”
